Winnie Von Werne
Vice President of Fashion, Luxury & Beauty Division

Winnie is a key member to our team, she has been with our firm since 1991.  She began as a Recruiter in our Direct Hire Division, was promoted to manager in 1998, and Director in 2003. In 2001 she created the Fashion, Luxury and Beauty Division here at Lorelei Staffing.  In 2016 she was promoted to Vice President.  Winnie is dedicated to directing your growth in a positive manner, pair that with her hard work makes it no surprise that she is such a successful recruiter. Winnie is also the loving owner of 3 dogs and enjoys gardening.

Nick Malefyt
Director

Nick Malefyt began his career at Lorelei Staffing in 1994. Over the past 24 years he has held the positions of Full Cycle Recruiter, Direct Hire Division Team Leader, Sales Manager, and Managing Director. As Managing Director Nick works with employers of all sizes in determining which staffing solutions work best for them.

Nick has been featured on TV and in numerous publications based on his knowledge of New Jersey’s business climate and expertise within the recruiting and staffing profession. He is the past recipient of multiple industry related

Autumn Cohen
Business Manager

Autumn has been with Lorelei since 2009 where she started out in our temporary division. She transferred over to our Accounting department in the spring of 2010 and became our Business Manager. Along with her great interpersonal skills, Autumn addresses all of our accounting, H/R and payroll needs. On the weekend you can find her happily spending time at the beach almost year round, walking with her dog, sharing moments, and making memories with her family.
